PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- An initial deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation.
- The remaining 50% is paid upon arrival only. The deposit
is paid by wire transfer to our bank in the Philippines.
The remaining is payable in cash or thru credit card
(Mastercard).
- There is a refundable security deposit of P1,000.00
(one thousand pesos) for local tourists or $50.00 (fifty
dollars) for foreigners to be paid when you arrive.
This is to cover any damage due to negligence, or items
missing in the rented property. The security deposit
will be returned, provided there are no damages or items
missing in the rented property, after the rooms are
checked by Villa del Sol staff.
REFUND POLICY:
- Written cancellation and refund request notice received by Villa Del Sol less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a voucher equal to 50% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking for the same room type or any package tour and must be used within the next 18 months.
- Written cancellation and refund request notice received by Villa Del Sol more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for refund less than 50% of total deposit for the cancellation fees and wire costs, or a voucher equal to 75% of the deposit. This voucher may be used as credit toward a future booking with the same room/package, and must be used within the next 18 months.
